In everything we do, our goal is to foster self-reliance. That’s why we work closely with local teams to implement lasting policies and strategies that will encourage the application of new skills even after our teams have returned home. In addition, many life-saving medical techniques simply cannot be taught without specific materials and supplies. Arming local hospitals and clinics with appropriate resources enhances on-site education, improves workplace communication and fosters teamwork, illuminating the connection between clinical practices and the availability of post-op and rehabilitation materials.
