We close this gap by delivering medical education
where it’s needed the most.
Help us to tech one. heal many.

HEALTH IS A HUMAN RIGHT
More than two-thirds of the world's population, don't have reliable access to safe, effective, and affordable surgical and anesthetic care.

We equip healthcare providers with the advanced training they need. Together, we save lives and are ensuring that quality healthcare becomes a sustained practice in the communities where they work.

THE NEED FOR TRAINING
Improving access to quality, safe, and timely surgical care is a multifaceted challenge that requires a comprehensive approach.
Medical education is one of the critical ways to enhance access to surgical care.

By investing in medical education and a well-trained healthcare workforce, communities can benefit from improved surgical services, reduced morbidity and mortality rates, and better overall health outcomes.
PHYSICIANS FOR PEACE
RESPONDS TO THIS NEED
By partnering with organizations in African and Latin American countries, we collaborate to design, develop, and deliver training programs
that harness local talent and create sustainable, multidisciplinary surgical teams.

Operating in the communities where trainees live and work, we tailor each educational program to the unique circumstances of the region, utilizing available resources.
By collaborating with
like-minded organizations and individuals like you,
we train medical professionals and
fund the capacity of medical partner institutions,
to create sustainable change.
Education
We provide and facilitate education, training, and mentorship to current and future health practitioners, to expand their skillsets and knowledge, so they can meet the health needs of individuals and society.
Partnerships
Through strong partnerships with medical facilities located in the countries where we work,
we improve their delivery of care, encourage dissemination of knowledge, and shape practices and policies that improve the health of their communities.
Direct Clinical Care
Through financial support,
we ensure our in-country medical partners provide essential surgical services
to patients in need.

With your help,
we improve the health of patients with burn injuries in under resourced communities
by training an array of local healthcare providers
