VOLUNTEERS

On each training initiative, our volunteers combine their deep clinical knowledge with a passion for education.

Successful surgical care continues after the operation requiring a well coordinated team. Physicians for Peace volunteer surgeons, nurses, therapists and anesthesiologists among others, train peers to optimize patient outcomes.

touch the lives of both healthcare professionals and patients.

Our  volunteers strive to make measurable, sustainable and long-lasting

improvements to healthcare, ensuring that local professionals have the

training and resources they need to assist patients in their communities.

Without our volunteers, our work would be impossible

Our volunteers are general surgeons, burn and plastic surgeons, nurses, therapists, anesthesiologists, psychologists and other specialists who are dedicated to strengthening local capacity through training and education.
